The luxury real estate market is healthy and constantly growing.
This was stated by the portal www.luxforsale.it specialized exclusively in the promotion of luxury properties, which just recently published the 2020 observatory.
A report from which very interesting data emerge.
"The analysis carried out on over 7000 properties has shown that luxury properties are really present in every part of the world" declares Claudio Citzia CEO of Luxforsale, a portal that has been active for 10 years and which in these days has communicated the desire to open all entry of new members through a Crowdfunding operation.
Italy and Europe represent the largest portion of the market, but there are also numerous properties in England, Africa, Asia and America.
In numerical terms, the Italian regions with the most published properties are Tuscany, Lombardy and Liguria, over 47% of published properties are villas.
Of the 7000 properties published, more than 100 have a price above 10 million euros.
Foreign visitors are mainly Russians, Americans and Arabs, while among Italians, in addition to Milanese and Romans, potential buyers also come from Sicily, Puglia and Campania.

The most sought after regions are the tourist ones, that is in the order of Trentino Alto Adige, Sardinia, Friuli Venzia Giulia and Sicily, while the most sought after city in Italy is Palermo, followed by the highly coveted Rome and Milan.
Of note in the top 20 provinces such as Pescara, Caserta, Monza, Lecce, Salerno, Cagliari and Udine.
Among the small municipalities, the seaside and mountain tourist ones stand out, mainly in Sardinia, Liguria, Sicily, Campania, Emilia Romagna, Valle d'Aosta and Trentino Alta Adige.
It is also interesting to note how Italians are looking for prestigious properties in large foreign cities such as New York, London and Paris, but also in countries such as Greece or Kenya.
"The most striking figure is that indicates that the average price of the 50 most requested properties in 2019 is around 2.5 million" concludes Claudio Citzia
Finally, a survey carried out with end customers and operators in the sector showed that 78% of interviewees mainly seek confidentiality, in addition to professionalism and competence.
