The Hotel Club Dolmen Holiday and Health Resort is an accommodation facility located in the internal part of the Adriatic coast, the complex is located in one of the most beautiful and still little-known natural contexts in Puglia. This extends over an area of 73,226 m2, characterized by the presence of over 600 centuries-old olive trees, has internal roads, a fence along the entire external perimeter in masonry and/or mesh, vast green areas, an air conditioning system in the rooms and common areas and two entrances, one for customers and one for goods and staff. All rooms are equipped with: air conditioning, satellite TV, minibar, safe, telephone, hairdryer. The complex has a restaurant, bar, conference room, panoramic terrace, swimming pool, solarium, wellness centre, sauna, Turkish bath, solar cabin, five-a-side football and gym, as better described in the following points. Ø N. 1 air-conditioned bar at the entrance to the central restaurant;
Ø N. 1 swimming pool equipped for adults with a shallow area dedicated to children, complete with bathrooms and showers
outdoors;
Ø Mini club space adjacent to the central restaurant with shaded area;
Ø N. 4 rooms containing the electrical systems and domestic water tanks included
installation for pumping it, water for irrigation and the fire control unit;
Ø A structure adjacent to the central bar equipped and furnished as a wellness centre;
Ø N. 1 structure used for receiving guests and various offices;
Ø N. 1 soccer field complete with lighting, fence and surface made with synthetic grass
filled with rubber granules;
Ø N. 2 bowling greens;
Ø N. 1 space planted with English-style lawn used as an archery range;
Ø N. 1 beach volleyball court;

Ø N. 2 car parks, one of which is asphalted and not fenced and one is fenced and finished with quarry waste levelling;
Ø Piazzetta behind the bar with a wooden structure used as a theatre, complete animation with control room with sound system and basic lights.
There are a total of 176 rooms for customer use, all equipped with telephone, air conditioning, safes, provision for internet connection and satellite TV, bathroom with shower/bathtub, bidet and wall-mounted hairdryer; those of the staff are all equipped with telephone, air conditioning, satellite TV, bathroom with shower, bidet and furniture. Divided thus:
Ø Hotel with n. 24 double bedrooms, of which n. 12 for disabled people on the ground floor and n. 12 on the first floor; Ø N. 39 bungalows with n. 4 suites with double bed and sofa bed, n. 148 double rooms including

Furthermore, in February 2009 the Dolmen purchased a land, used as an olive grove and called 'Pinnini', adjacent to the tourist facility, with a total area of 3.08.60 hectares and identified in the Land Registry of the Municipality of Minervino di Lecce (LE) on Sheet 12 , Parcel n° 4, with access from the aforementioned Provincial Road Minervino - Uggiano La Chiesa; on the same land there is also a building, in this case an "agricultural entrance hall", built following a regular construction license from the Municipality of Minervino
