Buying a first home is still a cornerstone of our culture, but the integration of another important segment such as hospitality makes the local real estate market more dynamic and attractive.

EB: On the basis of your experience, have you managed to identify a target clientele that turns to your real estate agency?

FT: Experience today leads us not to be properly able to determine a well-defined target for the buyer. The change currently taking place leads us to have professional relationships of various kinds, from Italian individuals to foreign investors, from investment funds to Italian and / or foreign companies that focus on our territory and its development. The demand today is very dynamic and varied.

The selling party, on the other hand, tends to redevelop real estate by trying to maintain a conservative line when it comes to historic properties with a certain architectural value. The area offers types such as trulli and farms, farmhouses or period buildings that have a lot of appeal in the current market. These redevelopments clearly increase the value of the assets to then be put on the market.

Therefore, the target that turns to us to sell their goods is particularly attentive to the current market moment we are experiencing.

EB: What are the most popular properties at the moment?

FT: The properties to be restored for sale with an attractive and adequate price still have a fairly large market share. Many owners, for their own choices and / or needs, do not intend to undertake the redevelopment and then sell their property so they rely on our services to market the property.

As already expressed in the first question, the real estate market that is experiencing significant development today is that of secondary homes and / or that destined to the hospitality segment. However, the first house remains at the top of the ranking.

Our task is to monitor and adapt to these changes trying to offer a service that is increasingly suited to the required market needs, analyzing real data to understand some trends. However, I believe that the luxury market will play an increasingly important role in these parts as we are increasingly exposed to the attention of the whole world "
