We are currently at a time when demand is growing and supply is decreasing: this circumstance causes property prices to rise even more.

In reality we do not have a specific target, as we prefer to diversify everything according to the various needs of our customers.

What are the most requested properties at the moment?

The most popular properties are homes with gardens or outdoor spaces.

What are the reasons that led you to create the partnership with Luxforsale for her real estate agency?

Our goal is obviously to place ourselves as protagonists within the Italian and foreign luxury real estate market, thanks to our favorable geographical position and the availability of prestigious properties in our archives. What are - based on your experience in the sector - the possible future developments of the luxury real estate market in your reference area, and in general?

Based on our experience, referring to the reference area, the sale of prestigious properties is already in decline, and for this reason we are not optimistic for the future. The unfavorable economic situation we are going through cannot fail to invest the real estate sector, and the luxury sector in particular.
