EXTERIOR:
The Villa, surrounded by typical groves of Amalfi lemons, orchards, and vineyards, is built on a series of terraces that descend to the sea and enjoy breathtaking views of the coast and the city di Amalfi.
From the two terraces, on 2 different levels, in addition to enjoying the spectacular sea view you can organize dinners and lunches with friends and/ or family, you can relax in the shade of a gazebo or for an aperitif. In one of the two terraces in fact there is also a comfortable and fun bar corner.
To complete the entire structure there is a beautiful infinity pool with a solarium area equipped with umbrellasand comfortable sunbeds. Inside, there is also a large space used as a parking. This allows guests to arrive directly at the villa by car, an absolutely rare reality on the entire Amalfi Coast.

INTERIOR:
The Villa about 2,000 square meters, is divided into 4 levels:
On the ground floor, which is adjacent to the pool, we have a double bedroom with a closet and with en suite bathroom with a large shower; the room has an independent entrance and direct access to the Terrace. Adjacent we have a Suite with a small living room with a sofa, a particular area shower, and a double bedroom with an en suite bathroom; both the living room and the double room have direct access to the Terrace. At the same level, we have a Bar and a Fitness Area with a Gym.

Going upstairs we have a large living room, a double bedroom with a closet and en-suite bathroom with a large shower, and a second double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with a large shower and double sink. All rooms overlook the sea. Always on this floor we then have a reserved service area for staff with a room, bathroom, and laundry area.

On the third floor, we have the living area with a large living room and a bathroom, a beautiful kitchen with an adjacent dining area on one side, and the pantry on the other; from the kitchen, you access directly to the fully equipped outdoor patio. In the sleeping area instead, we have a double room with an en-suite bathroom, a second double room with an en-suite bathroom
