Here you will discover the charm of the Italian spirit of the last century, for a truly unforgettable stay just a few kilometers from the chaos of the city.
The space
You will be welcomed by Mr. Rinaldo, the owner of the villa, a brilliant man of the world with a deep knowledge of local history and culture. Its warm hospitality will make you feel at home during your stay. Despite the sharing of some spaces, such as the kitchen, the width of the villa and its conformation offer an environment that allows you to fully enjoy your privacy.

You will live a unique experience, far from luxury and modern comforts, to completely immerse yourself in the beauty of this period villa of the early '900. Every detail, from the windows decorated with Murano glass to the original frescoes and unique artisan furnishings, tells a story full of charm. This place is not for those looking for conventional standards; it is meant for those who appreciate authenticity, who embrace history, and who want an out-of-the-box experience. While maintaining historical charm, Some current features may differ from modern standards, helping to create a unique balance between past and present.

GROUND FLOOR
Shared with the owner is the refined dining room with fireplace and the kitchen with a romantic and family character, fully equipped, inviting you to share convivial moments. In the bright living area there is a small TV and a large sofa that, if necessary, becomes a sofa bed.
Outside, the veranda with dining table overlooks a lovely private park with swimming pool overlooking the lake, available in the summer months, and sun loungers, creating an oasis of peace and relaxation.

FOREGROUND
The Suite Renzo and Lucia, enriched with precious period furniture, will welcome you with an atmosphere of intimacy and romance.
The Don Abbondio Room, in addition to its comfortable queen-size bed, features a cozy sofa bed, offering extra space for an additional guest.
The Room Don Rodrigo, embellished with refined details and a breathtaking panoramic view, opens onto the terrace for exclusive use overlooking Mount Resegone, ideal for starting the day with a good breakfast while admiring the view.
Complete the floor with a large bathroom, with a vintage bathtub and a walk-in shower with hydromassage that will allow you to relax after a day spent exploring the wonders of the area.

SECOND FLOOR (currently not accessible)
The Frà Cristoforo Room, overlooking the lush garden and composed of two separate rooms, offers not only a comfortable double bed but also a separate area with a single bed. This arrangement guarantees privacy for those who choose to sleep in single beds, creating an intimate and reserved space.
The floor also offers a small bathroom with a shower.

THIRD FLOOR (currently not accessible)
The third and last floor offers the majestic Torre dell'Innominato, with a bathroom (without shower) for exclusive use. The room, built in the tower of the villa, promises an unparalleled experience and has two single beds that can be joined at will and a spacious terrace/ solarium, where in the summer months you can relax sunbathing or drinking a cocktail enjoying a 360-degree view of the lake and the surrounding mountains.
Villa Nardòn is designed for those looking for an authentic experience, a retreat from modern luxury. You will be invited to share the history of this place and live a stay wrapped in an atmosphere of charm and charm.

It is said that right here, between these historic walls and the green landscapes, lived Renzo Tramaglino, one of the protagonists of the famous novel "I Promessi Sposi" by Alessandro Manzoni.

Access for guests
The entire accommodation is at the complete disposal of the guests, except for the rooms reserved for the owner and the areas for the service staff. Some areas of the villa, such as the kitchen and dining room, could be shared with the owner.

Other things to keep in mind
- Upon confirmed booking, you will receive a link with instructions on how to verify your identity and register your documents (ID or Passport), as required by Italian law. You can complete the procedure safely by the day of check-in;
- The outdoor pool is only available from APRIL to OCTOBER;
- There is no Wi-Fi internet connection, ideal for those who prefer to switch off and enjoy an environment without digital distractions;
- The bedrooms are designed without television, promoting an atmosphere of relaxation and immersion in the beauty of the place; note that some closets may contain the owner’s personal belongings;
- Our house is LGBTQ+ friendly, we are open to welcome guests of any color, sexual orientation, and gender identity;
- Your furry friends are more than welcome to "Villa Nardòn", we only ask you to warn us before taking them with you so that we can better organize;
- If you wish to organize a party or event, please let us know in advance. Parties or events not approved by the host are not allowed;
- The indoor areas are NO SMOKING, subject to a fine. Smoking is possible outside;
- washing machine, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit are available free of charge;
- Luggage storage on request.
