Villa Le Rocce, is a beautiful villa in the heart of Porto Rotondo, one of the most important tourist centers of the Sardinia. Being in an elevated position, from the house you have a beautiful view of the port and the area surrounding, where the protagonist is the green declined in its infinite shades.
The Villa is spread over 4 floors, from the upper floors and especially from the Tower floor you can admire in addition to the breathtaking sea views also a lush garden that embellishes the property.
The property is accessed through two entrances 29 directly from the street, and civic 31. Entering from civic 29 you walk 17 steps and you get to the ground floor of the house, entering instead from civic 31 si cross a driveway and you enter directly into the garden of the property where the pool is located with the area solarium.
Adjacent to the garden there is the fully equipped outdoor kitchen with stove, brick oven great for the pizzas, and barbecues for grilled meat and fish.
Crossing the garden leads to the patio, divided into 2 areas fully equipped with outdoor sofas.
