Grazia Palagi opens the interview, supported by her colleague Guglielmo Francini. We asked them some questions to understand the current market trend and glimpse possible future developments.


What is the current trend of the real estate market in your agency's reference area?


Starting from the pandemic and then afterwards we noticed an interest aimed essentially at ready properties, with little or no intervention to be done, and which have an external outlet which can be a garden or balcony, as long as it is livable. This applies both to those who choose a property as a second home or investment, but also to those looking for a main home. This target is the result of both the post-pandemic effects and the ever-increasing costs linked to restructuring.


Have you managed, based on your experience, to identify a target customer who turns to your real estate agency?


Being in a seaside resort with a strong tourist impact, the reference target is very broad, and the profile ranges from simple investments to high spenders.


What are the most popular properties at the moment?


The low and medium range clientele is more oriented towards apartments, while the medium-high target focuses on independent houses or villas not necessarily near the sea, but certainly equipped with swimming pools and various comforts.


What are the reasons that pushed you to create the partnership with Luxforsale for your real estate agency?


Already in our area, especially on the hilly part, there are properties of rare beauty and extra luxury. The other reason is our proximity to Forte dei Marmi where it is well known that the market is very high. The objective is therefore to look for a crack to enter the market, and Luxforsale seemed to us to be the ideal tool to achieve this goal.


Based on your experience in the sector, what are the possible future developments of the luxury real estate market in the reference area, and in general?


Precisely because we are aware of the potential of the market in this area, we expect to improve and deepen our skills to provide customers with an increasingly satisfactory service.
