The Balkan luxury real estate market is booming, due to the region's economic growth, rising wages, an increase in tourists and massive foreign investment.

It is expected that by 2023, the value of the Balkan luxury real estate market will increase by 20%, with particular reference to large cities such as Belgrade, Sofia, Prague and Zagreb.
