Discovering the luxury location most loved by italians!

Our specials
Like every year, also in 2023 the Luxforsale Race has decreed the luxury resort most loved by Italians. Last year it was Porto Cervo that triumphed, and this year?

The fascination towards places considered the center of luxury never dies. This is why Luxforsale annually launches a challenge on LinkedIn to discover which corner of Italy is most loved by Italians. A race, called "Luxforsale Race", 25 weeks long and proposed through an exciting and highly followed survey on LinkedIn, capable of involving over 5000 real estate operators, luxury enthusiasts and more.
When asked "in which luxury location would you buy or suggest buying a luxury property", the winner in the first edition last year (2022) was Porto Cervo...and this year?

Luxforsale Race: how it works
As mentioned, for 25 weeks, Luxforsale launched a weekly challenge on LinkedIn, asking users to cast their vote on the most loved luxury location. The key question was the following: "In which location would you buy or recommend buying a luxury property?". In each round four different locations competed, of which only one made it through to the next survey.
But why a Luxforsale Race? Well, the reasons are soon explained. First of all, with thousands of prestigious properties scattered across the Bel Paese, Italy represents one of the most desired destinations for lovers of luxury. Secondly, given the growing presence of luxury properties on our portal, we are interested in understanding in detail where the desire of Italians and the interest of real estate operators is headed, and then comparing it with the data extrapolated from our annual Observatory .

Luxforsale Race 2023: Capri is the luxury resort most loved by Italians
Who won the Luxforsale Race 2023? The undisputed protagonist of this competition was Capri, which triumphed in the final with 66% of the votes against Forte dei Marmi, which had overtaken Cinque Terre in the semi-final. A significant victory, considering the fierce competition from Venice in the semi-finals and Porto Cervo in the quarter-finals. The previous year it was Porto Cervo that triumphed and, as a sign of destiny, it was Capri itself that capitulated in the final act. A perfect revenge.

The Luxforsale Race 2024 will start again soon
Given the enormous success of the last edition, obviously, the Luxforsale Race 2024 will restart shortly. This is possible above all due to the great support we receive every day from our LinkedIn page, which has over 5,500 followers targeted at the world of luxury, whether they are operators or enthusiasts. A community that votes fiercely every week to push their locality. A question is now obligatory: will Capri be able to confirm itself on the throne?
